Q: What are the check-in/out times?
A: Check in is after 3pm, check out is 10am.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: The Emily Cottage is dog friendly. No pets are allowed in the Vincent Gallery, Isaac Suite or Alberts Pad.
Q: Is there free parking?
A: Yes there is free parking for a maximum of 2 cars per apartment.
Q: Can we smoke in the centre?
A: The centre has a strict no-smoking policy in the building and grounds; there is a smoking area in the front.
Q: Can we vaporise in the centre?
A: Vaporizing comes under the no-smoking policy.
Q: Are there any additional costs?
A: No, all costs associated with your accommodation are included in the price.
Q: Is the flat suitable for wheelchair users?
A: No sorry, the building has stairs that make it unsuitable for wheelchairs.
Q: Is there WiFi access?
A: Yes there is WiFi throughout the building, also computers in the IT area that are connected to the internet.
Q: Is bed linen included?
A: Yes, clean bed linen is provided with a fresh set supplied each week.
Q: Are waterproof sheets included?
A: Yes, waterproof sheets are provided for all the beds, also included for each apartment is a pair of waterproof single duvet protectors.
Q: Are towels included?
A: Yes bathroom towels are included. Pool towels are not included but can be hired on request.
Q: Can windows be secured?
A: The two first floor apartments (Vincent & Isaac) have locks to all windows; the ground floor apartment (Emily) has window locks on the two singles bedrooms.
Q: Can water be isolated in the bathrooms?
A: The bathrooms all have shut-off valves to the water and isolator switches to the showers, the bathrooms can also be locked if required.
